People always say that as you become older, life becomes harder. Bad backs and knees, teenage kids, financial problems. But my dad has become the #1 man I look up to. In the last year he’s lost 50 pounds, worked harder than ever before, and has become a greater friend to me than ever before. I know you put in a lot of time and effort into making us happy, and I love you. Happy Birthday, Daddy. You are a wonderful mentor, father, and role model. I hope that some day my sons can be just as great fathers as you are. ♥
